Low Blow from Di Fi

Yesterday Senators Dianne Feinstein (CA) and Chuck Schumer (NY) parted from their party colleagues including the four Democratic candidates for President and instead sided with President Bush by announcing their support for former judge Michael B. Mukasey as United States Attorney General. The votes of Feinstein and Schumer would give Mukasey at least 11 yes votes on the 19 member Judiciary panel, sending his nomination to the full Senate.
In committee hearings, Judge Mukasey claimed ignorance about waterboarding. Obfuscating, he avoided a condemnation of this method of torture. In addition, he would not support granting habeas corpus to detained prisoners at Guantanamo, and suggested the President can ignore surveillance statutes in wartime, signally that his views mesh significantly with the administration's.

Dianne Feinstein stated on CNN today that Mukasey is the best we can expect and that if he isn't confirmed now, Bush will probably appoint someone worse during the holiday recess. This is unacceptable! Our senators are second-guessing what George W. Bush will do and this drives the votes of the U.S. Senate? Incredible!!

A small group of concerned citizens turned out at CNN this morning to voice our dissent to this confirmation. Karen, Liz, Leslie, Medea, Gael, Allison, Mona, Marietta, Carol, Jess, Steve, Dick, Clark, Mahboud, Vernon and I arrived around 10:30 this morning at the doors to the CNN studios to pressure Sen. Feinstein to change her mind. We staged a mock waterboarding on her way in and after the program. As we cornered Ms. Feinstein all she said and I paraphrase, "We're going to pass legislation to declare waterboarding illegal". On Wolf Blitzer's Late Edition she stated that only the CIA can waterboard legally.

The New York Times reported 3 years ago that Maj. Gen. George R. Fay said the conduct of C.I.A. personnel at Abu Ghraib was perceived by military officials there as more aggressive than that allowed by the military and had a corrupting influence on military interrogators. So what does this say for us, America? What's good for the goose is good for the gander!

We cannot stand idly by while our "representatives" confirm Gonzo II.

Those of you here in Washington, D.C. can join us noon tomorrow at the Justice Department, 9th and Constitution. If you are in N.Y. you can protest at Schumer's office. Those in California are speaking their minds at DiFis. Please join us tomorrow and stand up for human rights!

Nice work!! Code Pink is everywhere!! This kind of direct pressure, close presence, and direct action is the most powerful expression of people power. Sorry I had to bail out early. I'll see you tomorrow. This stuff is so important because it lets them all know exactly where we stand, and that we will hold them all accountable. The president can take cheap shots in front of his Heritage Foundation pals, but he knows that in the streets, and on the battlefield of ideas, we are right and he doesn't dare stand up to us.

Words cannot express how deeply upset I am about Schumer's capitulation to the Bush administration. We live in times that require a Churchill, not a Chamberlain. Descending to the level of political gamesmanship with this administration is a proven recipe for failure, and Schumer knows it.

I plan to participate in the New York demonstration tomorrow, and from there I will immediately leave to join you ladies in DC for the vote on Tuesday.

Tuesday is also when Kucinich plans to force HR 333 to the floor.

How my heart aches for this nation.

I was just watching Naomi Wolf's interview on Democratic Underground about her book, "The End of America." She makes the point that Congress has been emasculated and is powerless and irrelevant, and they're in a state of denial or a "hangover," just going through the motions (like the Italian Parliament after Mussolini's blackshirts marched on Rome) to try to pretend they still matter. Hard to see where she's wrong.

Hey anonymous coward, I have something VERY special for you today, ok? You keep trying to tell me that I'm a communist and I am commencing to feel that higher reason is not reaching you my dear, so now it is time for more visceral communication. You should feel very privileged because not everyone gets to see my ass, but just for you I am posting a picture which I believe might actually convince at least a few of your brain cells what I think both of communism and of your theory that Code Pink is a communist organization. Here it is, babe, my non-misallocated booty gifts. The very real deal, my buns of steel. Kiss my ass, anonymous coward!

Eileen, tell us why Code Pink is part of the United for Peace and Justice Coalition then? Is that group not run by Judith Leblanc and Leslie Cagen? Are they not communists? Medea seemed to like Cuba and was enthralled enough about the revolution to pen three books on it. She also seems to love the dictator Hugo Chavez....

Don't trust a Code Pink member with matches.......

Eileen Coles said...

Anonymous cluetard: you consistently show this tendency to believe that when an individual who happens to lead an anti-war group holds beliefs, the entire group holds those beliefs as well. Now, I realize that that's the way it works in a fascist's world, but brace yourself for a truly scary paradigm shift - not everybody in the world works like that.

We don't follow Medea as "Der Fuhrer". Code Pink does not follow UFPJ as "Der Fuhrer". We practice these strange, alien beliefs called "cooperation" and "compromise" and "peaceful coexistence". Many of us have different political and religious beliefs, but our fundamental common understanding of right and wrong allows us to work together peacefully and effectively. We are not mindless sheeple who require a dictator to tell us what religion and what political ideology we should believe in.

Well, it is nice to know that you acknowledge that Code Pink has associations with communists and that you do not deny that your leader Medea Benjamin was in Cuba and wrote three books praising its communist revolution. It is nice to know that you do not deny that Code Pink is a member of a coalition led by two high profile members of the communist party; Judith LeBlanc and Leslie Cagen.

It is, however, odd that you don't seem to have an issue with your leadership going down and hugging the dictator Hugo Chavez.

It is odd that you march with Anti-Semitic groups like international ANSWER which is a front for the socialist worker's of the world party (WWP). The WWP supported Soviet invasions in Hungary and Prague and also supported the Chinese crackdown on student protests in 1989. I don't know about you, but I might be a little embarrassed with those kind of associations. I suppose if the KKK had a peace coalition and organized protests under your logic you would be marching with them to.

I didn't even look at Eileen's picture. There are plenty of photos of her fat ass out there on the web. Oh, excuse me, that was a head shot of her. It just liked like her ass!

True, I have not seen a bigger collection of ugly women than at a Code Pink event.

We must ask which Jewish Lobby groups pressured Feinstein and Schumer?

We also must ask is Mukasey being passed through so that he can dismiss or undermine the upcoming Aipac espionage trial?

Unknown said...

How will Mukasey's appointment effect the upcoming Aipac/Rosen/Weissman espionage trial? Is this why Feinstein and Schumer are so quick to pass him through?

It is long overdue that an investigation into Feinsteins war profiteering and willingness to stay on the MILCON Committee until the spotlight was directed towards her.

Start investigations of Feinsteins war profiteering and conflict of interest issues.

Maybe that should tell you something, but just in case it doesn't, here's a clue: I also don't care.

Having people who hold different political views from myself around me does not threaten or embarrass me in the slightest, because Code Pink isn't about replacing democracy with something else, it's about RESTORING democracy.

The Liars March for Tyranny and Oppression: Commie Claws are Coming to Town

Kerri Houston

The media is already characterizing the protesters as “anti-war activists” and their organization as “peace groups.”

Nothing could be further from the truth. They are communists. They are not in favor of peace; indeed, they are hell bent on inciting a communist revolution here in the United States.

Because there aren’t enough of them to occupy an entire city block, they snatch the well meaning into their grasping clutches by misrepresenting their true agenda and hoodwinking college students, grandparents, and soccer Moms with a social conscience into participating in their rallies. Afterall, a rally with only 10 people is, well, a meeting held outside.

So far the media either has not discovered the true nature of protest organizers, or it is generally unwilling to report it.

Communism is a failed political ideology spawning government sponsored terrorism responsible for the murder of over 100 million souls and the unimaginable misery of hundreds of millions more during the 20th century. Its political leaders have sanctioned genocide, giving us the killing fields of Pol Pot’s Cambodia, and the intentional starvation of 10 million Ukrainian peasants in 1933 by Josef Stalin. Millions of innocent Chinese were starved by their communist government resulting in reports of horrifying stories of villagers sacrificing children as a food source.

Modern communists recognize that most people find murderous thuggery distasteful. They wisely do not want to be associated with the brutal realities of past and present communist dictatorships of Stalin, Castro to Kim Jong Il. They have therefore hidden their real agenda behind ideals of which we all approve, such as “peace” and “justice.”

United for Peace and Justice is the chief sponsor of the Inaugural protests and it is run by Leslie Cagan, a longtime communist activist and devotee of Fidel Castro who was active in the American Communist Party commencing in the Vietnam War era. She was also a member of the Communist Party USA’s Committee for Correspondence. Her goals are the promotion of communism and the destruction of the current U.S. system of democracy.

UPF was deliberately formed as a false public and “moderate” voice to shield the American Marxist movement. Their water was originally carried by A.N.S.W.E.R., a communist front “anti-war” organization that was the brainchild of the Stalinist Workers World Party, but when A.N.S.W.E.R. showed its true colors at one too many anti-war rallies, the organized Left became nervous, prompting the formation of United for Peace and Justice with Ms. Cagan in charge.

Formal members of the Peace and Justice Coalition include state chapters of A.N.S.W.E.R., Committees for Correspondence, Communist Party USA, Communist Party of Vietnam, Ruckus Society, Not In Our Name (NION), September Eleventh Families for a Peaceful Tomorrow, MoveOn, the Communist Parties of Maryland, New York and Indiana, The Exploding Goldfish, Tennessee Guerrilla Women, Code Pink and the Marxist Feminist Lesbian Jamaican Radical Poets.

One of the leaders of A.N.S.W.E.R. is President Johnson’s former Attorney General, Ramsey Clark, an outspoken communist activist who has volunteered for the Saddam Hussein defense team. He founded an organization that supported former murderer Slobodan Milosevic and current murderer Kim Jong Il. He is a director of the post-Trotsky Workers World Party and claims that Osama bin Laden is a victim of U.S. terrorism. He believes that our government deliberately set out to make Islam its enemy so that we had a reason to build more things that go boom.

Brian Becker, another protest organizer and member of UPJ’s partner A.N.S.W.E.R was recently found in North Korea proudly denouncing the U.S. for “war crimes” against that country’s citizens while accusing our soldiers of committing mass murders. He is also a member of Clark’s organization and the anti-Semitic Workers World Party, which incidentally, is on the FBI’s terrorist watch list.

Code Pink, another “anti-war” organization hiding its ideology, is run by communist associate Medea Benjamin. Code Pink has primarily chosen women to lie to, taking advantage of the genuine concern that some homemakers and grandmas have about the Iraq war and using them to add voices at local protests.

Benjamin’s main claim to fame is organizing the violent 1999 World Trade Organization protests in Seattle in which she used the Marxist World Worker’s party to help supply bodies. The ensuing riots injured innocent bystanders, caused millions of dollars of property damage for business owners and taxpayers, and left many out of a job. A long time friend of Cagan and Central American communists, Ms. Benjamin was instrumental in the founding of Peace and Justice.

Ms. Benjamin also has formed a group in Baghdad called Occupation Watch dedicated to demoralizing U.S. troops by encouraging them to abandon the Iraqi people and obtain discharges under false pretenses. She was also behind placing in Baghdad the pre-war “human shields” whose dedication to the cause was quickly revealed when they headed for high ground just prior to shock and awe.

UPJ’s partner Not in Our Name is a group with connections to the Revolutionary Communist Party and the Maoist Revolutionary Communist Party. Communist activist Clark Kissinger was an instrumental member of the 1960’s violent Students for a Democratic Society and the Black Panthers and founded an organization dedicated to halting U.S. security interests during the cold war. He is a co-director of NION.

Parents, if your well-intentioned college student is participating in a “peace” protest on Inaugural Day, these are his or her partners.

They are not patriotic Americans who love peace and hate war. They are unpatriotic Americans who love communism and hate us. Human freedom is their enemy, and they have snared thousands of uninformed protesters into their web.

They are brilliantly deceptive as they cleverly incorporate their communist beliefs into activism that they cover in a mainstream cloaking device. But if they are so dedicated and proud of their beliefs, why do they strive to hide them?

Communism was, and continues to be, a plague on mankind. It has caused incalculable economic and ecological destruction as well as extinguishing the human spirit of millions of our global neighbors, past and present.

As today’s communist movement ironically uses the freedom of speech stripped from those under communist rule to ruthlessly and deliberately promote their agenda, we must never forget those who have suffered under its hands.

In our own act of irony, let’s commit a positive act of compassion by taking an active step to honor communism’s victims. Thank them for reminding us of the tyranny that is communism and go to www.VictimsofCommunism.org to donate some of your ill-gotten gains of evil capitalism for a monument to be built in Washington that reminds us of a brand of human suffering we must never allow again.

Take note ladies: flame baiting usually reverts to sexist comments, you can set your watch by it - when trolls go to ground, it's always the mud.

They haven't hit race or religion yet but I'm sure they'll eventually get around to that. There was a brief foray into that area with Judaism but they are not sure where to go with it, so they presented both pro- and anti-semitic inflammatory statements.

My anonymous stalker also uses what he can glean off the internet about me, which thus far isn't much. I don't think this piece of work has quite made it out of momma's basement yet, much less actually ever worked with me, but that's neither here nor there.

About the only thing the anonymous cluetard stalker has managed to do consistently is be wrong, hypocritical, sexist, and a jackass.

You know what? I'm not a Communist (I have read many Communist Manifestos, but I don't smoke dope), but it's o.k. to be a Communist. It's even legal, for now! I belong to groups with leadership that is Democratic, Republican, Episcopalian and many other things that I am not. It is quite all right to be tolerant and accepting of other people's beliefs and not have those same beliefs. I don't think it's a radical concept to work with others of different beliefs for a common goal. Please, please, open your eyes and stop living in your little black and white, good and bad, world. It's that kind of thinking that has gotten our country into the trouble it's currently in.

Code Pink started UPFJ. Gael "Traitor" Murphy was on the UFPJ Steering Committee.

yeah coles, it's just a misguided assumtion that Code Pink is communist when your leader has 3 fawning books on the Cuban Revilution, interviews the EZLN leader Subcommandante Marcos, hangs out with Hugo Chavez, and the Revolutionary Party's Clark Kissinger. Yeah, who are we to believe...

Anonymous said...

yo' coles, it's called amanzon.com and if you put fearless leader's name in there, see what you get.

Alledged....oh my sides.

Anonymous said...

coles, New Year's 2005, code pink planned a trip to celebrate New Years in three places, Chiapis, Havana and Caracas. They said celebrate New Years but Cuba and the EZLN celebrate it as the anniversary of the revolution. Hugo's inclusion was sympathetic.

The Cuba trip, dopwnload the Word document with the itinery and see that it included meeting with the local Committee For The Defense of the Revolution. That's the spy in your apartment building, at your work, at the sports club that keeps tabs on your political reliability.

Yeah, Medea doesn't want to replace our government. Tell me who her friends are and I'll tell she is.

Anonymous said...

Actually, Cagan split from the Communist Party USA. The Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism is her group.

Leslie Cagan can field strip an AK-47 and layout an ambush. Why does a peace leader need to know that?

Being a comminist is leagl, but it's not moral. And it brings sorrow and despotism, not peace and justice.

Eileen Coles said...

Apparently now the fascists have so much trouble getting some that they have to hit on Code Pink. I can understand that, I mean geebus if the best they have is Ann Colder... 'Nuff said there.

Let your hair grow out first if you want to come a-courtin', fascist weenies, so we can tell which end is up. ;-7

Back to the potato juice my Comradettes! We must prepare our flourescent pink AK-47s for the glorious revolution! They will never see us coming in our flourescent pink gear! Our elite Combat Grandma Corps will lead the way! The desperate fascists, frozen out by their dispassionate icy hearted wives, shall swoon at the sight of the Combat Grandmas and piteously beg them for forbidden delights! Nastrovia!

Well, you need to actually have a pair of balls, first. Kinda goes with the whole "using your real name thing", anonymous coward.

Another triumph for Code Pink... Looks we will have a new AG!!!!!!!! Your democratic friends voted for him ROTFL!

Eileen Coles said...

Which means we in turn will never again vote for them. *shrug*

coles, you haven't addressed the issues.

What about the books, the associates, the advocacy of an inhuman and immoral rwgime like castro?

Has there been any discussion of the morality of diverting bread meant for the homeless? One would think that peace and social justice advocates would distribute whatever Ellen didn't distribute.

You know damn well there are starving homeless that could have eaten what you have stolen.

I haven't addressed "the issues" because they're not my issues. Medea can speak for herself. I don't believe in communism. Medea does not force her views on the subject on me or any other member of Code Pink that I have seen. Code Pink and UFPJ are anti-war, anti-fascist-government groups, and I am fine with that. Nobody's making us do jumping jacks in the backyard and telling us to call each other comrade. Your wacktastic and paranoid opinions on the matter, which frankly I take with a large grain of salt, are the first I have ever heard of any of them espousing such views. That should tell you just how much communism is part of the reality here, although unfortunately it does spoil your paranoid little Rambo-movie/Rogue Warrior fantasies. However, since you cling to them so fiercely, I'll give you another hint: for an organization that you propose has already given up on democracy as the preferred ideology, we sure do spend a lot of time in the halls of Congress exercising our democratic rights to lobby our Representatives, and there sure are a lot of us who keep our pocket Constitutions handy.

Code PINK is also a registered nonprofit and does not steal food from anyone. Most of the food in the house is donated by the house residents or paid for with a fee of $5 a day. I've paid for, donated and cooked some of that food myself, so I can tell you with authority that you're full of it on that one.

Don't know about you, but I am kind of particular as to who I associate with. It would be somewhat of a hypocritical dilemma to claim to support peace while at the same time marching with people who support such a radical communist agenda.

My family came here to escape communism because they saw first hand the tens of millions of people that it killed in Russia and saw its tyranny first hand in Eastern Europe.

Believe me, if you are committed to peace, following groups like Code Pink, United for Peace and Justice and International ANSWER is not wise. They support wars as long as they are wars in support of communist tyranny. They claim Bush is so bad, yet, they align themselves with Castro and Hugo Chavez.

If the leadership of Code Pink, International Answer and United for Peace and Justice had their way, we would have a government that could not exist under our democratic constitution. The joke is on you Eileen because you are what Lenin called a "Useful Idiot." You criticize the present administration and I will not pass on whether that is right or wrong. However, you are not self critical. If you were, given the views you clam, you would be troubled.

Eileen Coles said...

If these people support communism they're not doing it around me as I participate in Code Pink or UFPJ. Those organizations are not about communism. What they do on their own time is their own business.

When the Berlin Wall fell, there were many people on the other side of that wall who embraced right-wing ideologies just because it was ostensibly different from the totalitarian communism they were having forced upon them at home. They were and are wrong. NO political view should be forced. If you have to sell it that hard then I'm not buying.

None of the so-called "communistic" leaders of these organizations is forcing their views on anyone. I am not even sure if those ARE their views at this point because they have never said so themselves, and I don't consider you a reliable source of information.

I also don't need to doubt myself on these issues, especially since I seem to have you to do it for me. You'll pardon me if I return the favor though. You're wrong about Code Pink, you're wrong about UFPJ, and you're wrong about me.

We have a very real totalitarian police state threat in this country, but it is NOT Code Pink or UFPJ. Open your eyes. We are not the ones instituting a police state. We are not the ones eroding the nation's civil liberties. We are not the ones ignoring the will of the American people. We are not the ones telling people torture is ok. We are not the ones breaking laws and then implementing retroactive immunity. We are not the ones selling our country out piece by piece to Saudi Arabia. We are not the ones murdering US military paymasters in Baghram to cover up heroin deals. We are not the ones abducting people off the streets of Canada and Germany and bringing them to secret torture facilities. We are not the ones arranging that six USAF members who knew about what happened with the nukes at Minot all died mysterious "accidental" deaths within a matter of weeks. We are not the ones raping the American taxpayer for money to pay private mercenary companies to break international law and terrorize and murder innocent noncombatants in Iraq. OPEN YOUR EYES.

Well, what parts do you disagree with?
(1) Is that that you disagree that Code Pink members Medea Benjamin and Jodi Evans went to Venezuela to give its dictator thug Hugo Chavez a hug?

(2) Do you disagree that Cindy Sheehan was quoted as saying that she would rather live under Hugo Chavez than Pres. Bush?

(3) Do you disagree that Hugo Chavez has shut down all media opposition in his country and seized their assets? Do you disagree that Venezuela is suspending due process rights? Do you disagree that Chavez has packed his Supreme Court by increasing its size to such an extent that the rule of law is rendered meaningless?

Yet, this is the kind of leader that Medea Benjamin of Jodi Evans of Code Pink hug, praise and pose for pictures with.

(4) Do you disagree that Medea Benjamin of Code Pink lived in Cuba and was quoted as saying she thought she died and went to heaven when she was there? Do you disagree that she wrote books praising the Cuban communist revolution?

(5) Do you disagree that Cuba under Castro has a dismal human rights record which includes the execution of about 12,000 at a low number to 73,000 at a high number for political reasons?

(6) Do you disagree that the media in Cuba is state owned so freedom of expression almost does not exist?

(7) Do you disagree that Code Pink is a member of the United for Peace and Justice coalition which is led by Judith LeBlanc and Leslie Cagen? Do you disagree that LeBlanc and Cagen are communists?

(8) Do you disagree that our constitution could not co-exist with a communist government of the type espoused by LeBlanc and Cagen?

(9) Do you disagree that you or others from Code Pink have marched with United for Justice and Peace or worked with them? Do you disagree that Code Pink has marched with or aided International ANSWER?

(10) Do you disagree that International ANSWER is a front for the socialist Worker's of the World Party (WWP)? Do you disagree that the WWP supported Soviet invasions of Hungary and Prague and that the WWP supported China's 1989 violent crackdown on student democracy demonstrators?

(11) Do you disagree that the WWP's leader Brian Becker is a socialist? Do you disagree that he visited North Korea, praised its repressive communist leader Kim Jung Il and blamed the US for its famine?

(12) Do you disagree that the WWP is Anti-Semitic? Do you disagree that there is Anti-Semitic literature, rhetoric and images present at ANSWER protests? Do you disagree that there is communist literature, rhetoric and images present at protests?

(13) Do you tend to agree that you should be very careful who you associate yourself with because sometimes the people you associate yourself with can reflect poorly on you?

Eileen, I am sure you are well intended, but I don't think you have considered the ethics of standing for what you claim to stand for and what you claim you don't and reconcile that with who you stand with. I feel bad for you because you are not ill intended, just ignorant!

Anonymous said...

Why don't you ask Medea Benjamin if she will publicly denounce Hugo Chavez for his human rights abuses or Fidel Castro's human rights abuses. I don't think she will because these dictatorial governments are among the people she most admires and would want here in the US. So, I wouldn't count on it even if you did ask.

Eileen Coles said...

Do let me know when you get to the part where I have to actually CARE what Medea thinks of communism, anonymous cluetard. You haven't gotten to that part yet. As a matter of fact, no one has - including Medea.

Anonymous said...

Okay, so you don't care who you associate with. Unlike you, I am not sure that I would be marching in a peace march organized by David Duke or Adolf Eichmann. I like to associate with people who espouse good values, not people who value dictators and totalitarianism. I'll leave those people to you and the others from Code Pink.

Anonymous said...

At least you do not deny any of the above. If you don't know, then I am sorry for you that you put so much of your time and energy into a cause and an organization in which you are ignorant of what it fronts for.

Anonymous said...

The phrase for people like Eileen is "Useful Idiot!"

Anonymous said...

As an outsider looking in, it has to be said that it is true that you should take care and concern with respect to who you associate with.

Personally, I would especially want to know everything about an organization and its leadership before putting myself in a position where I was dedicating my time at the expense of my own family and the people I care about.

I would particularly like to know everything about such an organization and its leadership if I were engaging in, or being encouraged to engage in acts likely to get me arrested and likely to remain on my record.

What's more, it is important to have a consistent set of ethics and values. Otherwise, one is hypocritical because one set of values is used for one analysis and another is for another analysis.

I tend to be more self critical and tend to be more careful with who and what I get involved in because the leadership of an organization can taint the people within it. I would not, for example, be marching with Kim Jung Il of North Korea just because he opposes the war in Iraq, wears a pink shirt and has a snazzy place in DC. My values are too consistent to put myself in that situation.

I don't know whether George W. Bush is right or not. It is always difficult to judge anyone accurately in their time. I know that the world is becoming increasingly more dangerous.

I am not comfortable with a nuclear Iran especially in light of its leader's claims that he intends to wipe Israel off the map. I am not comfortable with religious fanatics having the capability to destroy New York City or Washington DC. Even as we speak, Pakistan is becoming unstable and there is a danger that its Islamic radicals will get their hands on its nuclear arsenal.

Unlike us, Bush gets intelligence estimates and threat assessments every day. I hope for the sake of your children and mine that he insures that we are secure in this increasingly dangerous world. The stakes are very high and history will be a much better judge than any of us. So, my hope is that he is right. I do no that no other president has had one crisis after another like Bush. A weaker person would have buckled under the strain, but he has been solid and that is what I want in a president.
